Mentoring 04/04/2011
At Renniegades tonight we raved about the value of mentoring relationships. The March workshops saw six local Renniegades enlisted to be volunteer mentors for women trying to secure financial independence through work and/or business start-up. "I got so much out of it" said one mentor. "I found myself asking her questions which I should have been asking myself but hadn't. It was a real eye-opener!" Said another "I'd never done mentoring before but was given a list of prompts which helped a lot. And when I relaxed it was really easy to keep the conversation rolling and I was very helpful." The Chapter is keen to hear from you if you are interested in learning what it takes to be a mentor to someone or if you would like to experience the value of a mentor for yourself and your business.
